2. Terms of Service (ToS)

By cloning our services or contracting hyperdriveworks for web development, you agree to adhere to these terms. All software solutions, custom code repositories, and design systems remain property of hyperdriveworks until final deployment payment is cleared via direct invoice or designated checkout links.

Clients retain ownership of proprietary business assets and content provided during the build phase. Timelines quoted in our commit history/services matrix are estimates and require active client feedback loops to maintain velocity.

3. Cookie Policy

Our web interface utilizes local state storage and lightweight cookies solely to preserve user preferences (such as cookie banner dismissal) and anonymous performance telemetry. No aggressive third-party advertising trackers or intrusive surveillance cookies are deployed on our nodes.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom-engineered nature of our web development and digital solutions, deposits for initial project commits are generally non-refundable once engineering sprints have commenced.
